All guests can access their apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
The check-in process is self service. Once you confirm your booking, you will receive check-in instructions in the morning of arrival.

Housekeeping is provided weekly for all stays over five nights. If you are staying a shorter period, we arrange cleaners to clean the property after you check out
We have a strict no-party or event policy. We do not allow birthday parties of any age — basically if it is any party we don't allow it. All apartments are monitored, guests who breach these rules will be removed, and the deposit and full stay fee will be lost.
We don't allow cats and dogs or any type of pet in all our apartments.
